I‘m so excited to share this gorgeous maternity session in the studio, today! The day I captured this pretty collection of images for Alice was so fun, and right away I couldn’t wait to see the photos out of my camera. First of all, Alice was the perfect subject. Second, there were just so many subtle, amazing details included in this session. And third, I just love everything about this client and this session! Get ready – this is maternity session goals. Let’s start things off with this ethereal setup. For this initial set of photos, we went with light, airy, textured sheers and neutrals. Alice’s minimal yet statement-making jewelry added just-right sparkly touches. So incredibly exquisite!
Onto our stunning and AMAZING dark setup! As I said, it was a glorious day in the studio but then we went even more extra! Starting with a black backdrop and a sheer black number – so fabulous. Are you as in love with these portraits as I am? But wait … there’s more …
With pops of metallics, Alice’s jewelry pieces were statement-makers. I’m grateful for her including these pieces in her wardrobe!
Alice wanted to be sure we photographed some “cool mom” poses, too, and this was such a fun way to celebrate her second pregnancy. Smiles and confidence – I’m all in!
